Program Manager, Clinic Services

POSITION TITLE: Program Manager- Clinic Services-

WORKSITE LOCATION: Gulf Bend Regional Plaza, 6502 Nursery Drive, Suite 100, Victoria TX 77904

STARTING PAY: $54,538 EEOC CODE: Professional FLSA STATUS: Exempt

SHIFT: Fulltime; Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; some on-call shifts evenings or weekends

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of a Registered Nurse (RN) Associate Degree in Nursing, and holds a recognized nursing licensure in the State of Texas. At least three years' experience managing personnel. Preferred: At least five years' experience managing personnel; Bachelor of Science in Nursing.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES:
1. Provide oversight and support to Nurse Team Lead. Assist with clinical supervision of all LVN's as needed and ensures all licenses and trainings are up to date.
2. Ensure the Medication Room is managed appropriately, monitors inventory, collects data, and meets the needs of the customers served.
3. Provides oversight, training, and direct support to medication room technicians.
4. Assists with preparation and completion of invoices for contract providers as needed.
5. Provides oversight and support to Customer Service Team Lead. Ensures front desk and customer service team is operating effectively and makes changes as necessary.
6. Assist teams directly when needed. Will perform all duties within scope of practice.
7. Performance Appraisals for direct reports are 100% compliant (3 month and annual)
8. Relias trainings and any other training required for role is 100% compliant.
9. Employee supervisions (monthly and/or quarterly) are 100% compliant.
10. Approval of timesheets is 90% compliant.
11. Employee corrective actions are completed in a timely manner once the corrective action is identified.
12. Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
13. Complies with telework/remote agreement.
14. Participates in the budget process as needed.
15. Display a customer service orientation, at all times treating customers as equals and partners.
16. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with community partners.
17. Ability to relay verbal instructions, communicate in a courteous and effective fashion with co-workers, customers, and families, agencies, and the public.
18. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services.
19. Uses the trauma informed care approach when providing services and working with others.
- Understands the Three E's of trauma-informed care.
- Understands the Four R's of trauma-informed care.
- Understands the six key principles of trauma-informed care.

  1. Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in that state. Liability insurance required.
  2. Must be insurable by Center's liability carrier if employee operates a Center vehicle or drives personal car on Center business.
  3. Good driving record as defined by Gulf Bend Center.
  4. Must complete all CORE training requirements prior to the due date.
  5. Must have computer experience to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have good organizational skills to achieve multiple deadlines. Ability to type 40 wpm.
  6. Must maintain regular attendance and reliability which is critical to business operations. This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or agreed upon hours 100% of the time, to ensure consistency and completeness of program's processes. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
