JOB PURPOSE: The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and/or technical program work for the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors. JOB PURPOSE:
This position will assist Veterans to achieve their wants, needs, and goals while promoting and fostering the recovery process by providing peer services, psychosocial rehabilitative services, and skills training services as Certified Peer Support Specialist on the Adult Mental Health Team. Services will be provided in the community and/or clinic and travel will be required within our seven-county service area.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Required: Service Member or Veteran (Veteran with combat experience strongly desired); a high school diploma or a high school equivalency certificate issued in accordance with the law of the issuing state. The individual must have at least one cumulative year of receiving mental health services for a disorder that is treated in the target population for Texas and must be under clinical oversight and supervision by manager and LPHA.

JOB PURPOSE: The Outreach Nurse is an Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) capable of practicing in a person-centered, family-centered, and trauma-informed manner. The Outreach Nurse will work closely with the other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to achieve a wholistic approach to care. This position provides physical and environmental assessment, pill packing, injections, venipuncture, and abnormal involuntary movement scale (AIMS) assessments to customers in a community setting. Educating customers on maintenance of a healthy BMI, appropriate diet, medications, substance use disorders and other disease processes is also an integral part of this role. The Outreach Nurse is expected to gain and maintain current knowledge of the CCBHC model of care and related performance measures. JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for answering and directing phone calls and for scheduling appointments.
