JOB TITLE: Waiver Data Analyst
LOCATION: Gulf Bend Plaza, 6502 Nursery Drive, Suite 100, Victoria, Texas
Competitive salary based on experience: Pay Grade: 7, minimum: $ 10.88/hour
JOB PURPOSE: Performs moderately complex administrative work for the 1115 Waiver Project by maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES: Assists with data collecting, entry, and monitoring for 1115 Waiver Metrics. Audit monthly reports from SmartCare for four of the measures. Help develop reports and analysis for multiple departments as requested (such as HB13, CCBHC, Wellness Community). Generate reports from single or multiple systems. Process confidential data and information according to guidelines. Communication with other departments and staff members to gather required information needed. Must successfully complete critical aspects of deliverable with a hands-on approach or collaboration through others internally or externally. This position requires the ability to be a resourceful specialist working up, down, and across all levels of the organization. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Attends learning collaboratives (RHP & HB13).

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION REQUIRED: General

Must be able to think strategically and tactically. Must be a quick adapter of technology with advanced skills in MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience preferred but not necessarily in a non-profit environment. Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
Preferred: Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is strongly desired, minimum three years' experience in an administrative assistant role with related duties.
