EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral, or human services or is a registered nurse. A minimum of at least three years’ clinically appropriate experience in the treatment of individuals with mental illness and chemical dependency.
POSITION TITLE: Substance Use Intensive Case Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral or human services or a related field of study and a minimum of two (2) years’ equivalent experience providing case management services.
POSITION TITLE: Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Case Manager

SHIFT: Fulltime; Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm, with rotating on-call shifts that cover evenings, nights, and weekends
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and minimum number of hours equivalent to a major in social, behavioral or human services or is a registered nurse or is an LPHA. (Social, behavioral, and human services: psychology; social work; medicine; nursing; rehabilitation; counseling; sociology; human growth and development; physician assistant; gerontology; special education; educational psychology; early childhood intervention; or early childhood education.) Knowledge of DSM V mental disorders.
